About
About Your Health Space
Developed and delivered by the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA), Ontario Division, and funded by Ontario’s Ministry of Health, Your Health Space (YHS) has supported health care workplaces across the province since 2022. The program is offered at no cost to health care organizations and aims to strengthen workforce mental health, psychological health and safety as well as retention across Ontario’s health system.
Since launching, YHS has trained over 100,000 participants, including 35,000+ participants in 2025–2026 alone, delivering more than 1,000 trainings in that fiscal year. Participant feedback continues to demonstrate strong impact, with high satisfaction, confidence in applying learning, and reported improvements in mental health awareness, coping skills, boundary-setting and team support.
About the Conference
Join colleagues from across Ontario for Sharing Impact: Advancing Workplace Wellness in Health Care, a two-day conference focused on sharing strategies, sharing lessons learned, and sharing tangible examples about differences this work is making real-world impact in workplace wellness. Held during Canada’s Healthy Workplace Month, this event brings health care workers, leaders and system partners together to explore how we can continue to support Ontario’s health care workforce.
Participants will explore how wellness initiatives can address chronic workplace stress, support recruitment and retention efforts, and improve organizational and system performance. Through presentations, panels, and interactive sessions, attendees will exchange practical tools and insights to help drive meaningful change across Ontario’s health care system.
Hosted by Your Health Space (YHS), a provincial workplace mental health program developed by CMHA Ontario and funded by the Ministry of Health, this conference is a space to connect, reflect, and collaborate.
By sharing impact, we can move from individual efforts to system-wide change, so health care workers and the people they serve can thrive. By sharing impact, we can transform individual efforts into system-wide change that strengthens the workforces supporting health care workers, leading to better care for Ontarians.
